We are happy to announce that Dr. Barbara Umrath (TH Köln) will join us to hold the first keynote lecture at our conference. She ist the author of “Familie, Geschlecht, Sexualität. Die Entwicklung der Kritischen Theorie aus der Perspektive sozialwissenschaftlicher Geschlechterforschung” (Family, Gender, Sexuality. The development of Critical Theory seen through the lense of gender studies in social science [our translation]). Soon her work on “Recovering the Gender Dimension of Frankfurt School Critical Theory: A Feminist Analysis” will be published in the newest issue of the Berlin Journal of Critical Theory.
